Workout - Timed swims for distance

Warm-up: 200 swim/100 scull/200 pull

8 x 50 kick @ R :15 - odds free/evens anything but free

5:00 swim
Rest 2:30
6:00 swim
Rest 3:00
7:00 swim

Goal is to cover the maximum distance possible during the time allotted. Record your distances for each time.

Cool down - easy 200
