Trying this again

As you can see, I got a little lax in posting workouts. Some of it was due to time constraints, andn't some to just procrastination/laziness. I don't know how many people were actually using the workouts, but I've had enough people tell me they like the postings to try and get it going again.

I'm going to try to change course a little. Instead of posting every workout that we do during the week, I am just going to post one or two workouts per week. They may or may not correspond to what we actually did during the week. I will try to keep it varied, with distance, speed and stroke-centered workouts, and make sure that they are tagged appropriately.

Hopefully these will be helpful to anyone who misses a workout or is traveling and has pool access.
