Welcome to TYDE Masters!

Welcome to TYDE Masters! We are a Workout Group within North Carolina Masters Swimming, and are affiliated with the Northwest NC YMCA Riptyde swim team.

Our program operates at the Jerry Long Family YMCA in Clemmons, NC and at the William G. White YMCA in Winston-Salem, NC. We are open to all adults age 18 and over, regardless of swimming experience. We have a great mix of beginning swimmers, fitness enthusiasts, triathletes and competitive swimmers.

We have 4 practices available each week - Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri. All practices are from 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM at the Jerry Long YMCA. Workouts at the WGW YMCA are M/W/F from 5:30 AM - 7:00 AM.
